Product Features
1. Centrifugal fan and modular compact design featuring large air volume, low noise level and stable performance.
2. The Schneider electric appliance ensures safety and stability with functions of phase sequence, overheat and overload protection.
3. Four PTFE-membrane HEPA cartridge filters with totaling 40m2 filtration area to treat fine dust at 0.3 microns efficiently. The filters can be easily installed and uninstalled without additional tools.
4. The programmable pulse controller can be used to control the automatic pulse jet frequency and time interval according to actual application requirements.
5. Local/remote switch is provided as standard. Customer can make use of the remote linkage function to start and stop the dust collector together with other machine.
6. The detachable large capacity dust bin with observation window is convenient to dump the collected materials.
7. The oil-water separator can filter impurities in the compressed air and ensure normal operation of the pulse system.
8. The differential pressure gauge is used to monitor the pressure inside the machine when it is operating and can be used as a reminder when to replace the filters.
9. The machine is built with 2.0mm thick sheet metal which goes through high temperature pre-painting, antirust and anti-corrosion process.
10. The machine has great sealing performance with double-layer anti-leakage design.
