This is a use case of our 7.4HP/10HP explosion-proof certified industrial dust collector for cleaning dust in food processing workshops. It is mainly used to clean up the dust in the dust processing workshop of the food factory, which is used for mixing, feeding and sieving dust.

The DJS Series dust collector with explosion-proof configuration is suitable for places where explosion-proof is required. The unit can be used as a small central dust collection system for operations where a large amount of flammable floating and suspended dust is generated. 

 Explosion proof centrifugal fan features large air volume, low noise and stable performance. 

 Equipped with 15 static conductive filter cartridges with large filter area up to 72m2. 

 Automatic filter cleaning system with adjustable pulse time interval according to actual working conditions. 

 Explosion-proof electrical components, explosion-proof electric box and explosion vent ensure safety. 

 The differential pressure gauge monitors and reminds when to replace the filters.  The internal air velocity reducing design accelerates dust settlement and reduces dust adhesion to the filters.
