With the development of modern manufacturing industry, welding workshops have become an indispensable part of many enterprises. However, the smoke and dust generated during the welding process pose great harm to the workshop environment and workers' health. In order to solve this problem, we have designed a ground-track welding robot dust removal system for our clients, which can process welding fumes in real-time and easily solve workshop environmental problems.
With the development of modern manufacturing industry, welding workshops have become an indispensable part of many enterprises. However, the smoke and dust generated during the welding process pose great harm to the workshop environment and workers' health. In order to solve this problem, we have designed a ground-track welding robot dust removal system for our clients, which can process welding fumes in real-time and easily solve workshop environmental problems.
The ground-track welding robot dust removal system uses a 7.5kW single-machine filter-type industrial dust collector with a movable dust removal hood, which can achieve real-time processing of welding fumes. The design of the system takes into account the customer's on-site conditions, with the dust collector installed on one side of the welding robot. One dust collector can be equipped with two movable dust removal hoods, which are installed above the welding robot and controlled by an air cylinder. When the shuttle car is loading and unloading, the dust removal hood can be turned 90 degrees to the side, so that the welding fumes can be cleaned in real-time without affecting the shuttle car's movement and the welding robot's trajectory.

As shown in the diagram, the dust collector is installed on one side of the ground-track welding robot, and the dust removal hood is installed above the welding robot and controlled by an air cylinder. When the shuttle car is loading and unloading, the dust removal hood can be turned to the side without affecting the shuttle car's movement the welding robot's trajectory.
