YYVAC DJS1500 Series High Power Industrial Dust Collector with Variable Frequency & Constant Pressure Control

This is an industrial fume purification and dust removal equipment suitable for large-scale welding workshops. It can be used in multi-station manual welding stations, or can be used to clean up the fume and dust generated during the welding process with the matching welding manipulator (welding robot) and robot welding workstation.

A 15HP welding fume purification and dust removal equipment can carry 12 manual welding stations, and a dust removal host can drag 12 welding stations. This dust removal method is more suitable for welding workshops with relatively fixed welding stations.

If it is a robot welding workshop with a flying car, we often use the dust removal method of industrial dust removal equipment and rotatable dust hood. The dust hood with vertical curtain is installed directly above the welding robot, and the rotation of the dust hood is controlled by the cylinder. In this way, while cleaning the welding fumes, it can also avoid the loading and unloading of the aircraft.

1.Centrifugal fan and modular compact design featuring large air volume, low noise level and stable performance. 
2.The Siemens inverter can automatically adjust power of the motor, realize variable speed operation of it to maintain constant air volume and pressure, and achieve the purpose of saving power and prolonging the service life of the filters. It can control the starting current of the motor, fully reduce the starting current, and reduce the maintenance cost of the motor.
3.15/18 pcs of PTFE-membrane HEPA cartridge filters with large total filtration surface area.
4.The programmable pulse controller can be used to control the automatic pulse jet frequency and time interval according to actual application requirements.
5.Local/remote switch is provided as standard. Customer can make use of the remote linkage function to start and stop the dust collector together with their own machine.
6.The differential pressure gauge is used to monitor the pressure inside the machine when it is operating and can be used as a reminder when to replace the filters.
7.The detachable 50L dust container is convenient for dumping garbage.
8.The inlet design can avoid airflow loss caused by narrow area.
9.The air velocity reducing design inside the machine facilitates dust settlement and avoids the dust from direct contact to the filters. 
10.The Schneider electric appliance ensures safety and stability with functions of phase sequence, overheat and overload protection.
