Test Content: Verify whether the explosion-proof structure, grounding terminals, and nameplate markings comply with standards such as GB/T 3836.1-2021; inspect whether the fuselage material, component assembly, and protection level meet the requirements.
Test Results: The grounding terminals and nameplate markings of the samples are standardized, and the explosion-proof structure conforms to the filed drawings; the fan volute is made of aluminum alloy, the fan blades are made of stainless steel, the mesh spacing of the air inlet is 10.0mm (complying with IP20), and the mesh spacing of the air outlet is 6.0mm (complying with IP10); the connections of various explosion-proof electrical components adopt rubber-sheathed cables, meeting the requirements of GB/T 3836.15-2017.

Test Equipment: Comprehensive explosion-proof performance tester, surface resistance tester;
Test Content: Verify the compliance of the explosion-proof mark, surface resistance, and supporting explosion-proof components to ensure no ignition risk.
Test Results: The explosion-proof mark of the samples is Ex tb IIIC T130℃ Db; the supporting explosion-proof power distribution device (BXM(D)-K) and explosion-proof motor (YFB3-160M-4) have all obtained explosion-proof certificates; the measured surface resistance of the filter cartridge is 1.0×10⁸Ω, which is ≤ the standard requirement of 1GΩ.

Test Conditions: The temperature shock test includes high temperature of 95.0℃ (90% RH, 672h) and low temperature of -25℃ (24h), with the ambient temperature corrected to +40℃;
Test Content: Measure the maximum surface temperature of core components and verify the structural stability under high and low temperature environments.
Test Results: The maximum surface temperatures of the explosion-proof motor housing, explosion-proof power distribution device housing, and filter cartridge housing are 92.4℃, 68.2℃, and 72.8℃ respectively, meeting the requirements of T4 temperature class (130℃); after the high and low temperature test, the filter cartridge has no obvious deformation, and the overall function of the machine is normal.

4. Core Performance Test of Jienengrui Explosion-Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaners
Test Equipment: Air flow tester, vacuum suction detector, noise meter;
Test Content: Test key parameters such as air flow, vacuum suction, and noise to evaluate operational efficiency and environmental adaptability.
Test Results: The air flow ranges from 318 to 530m³/h, the vacuum suction ranges from 260 to 320mbar, and the noise ranges from 70 to 76dB, all meeting the product design standards; the dual parallel cross-backflushing ash cleaning system can efficiently clean the filter without shutting down the machine, and the operational continuity meets the requirements.

5. Safety Protection Performance Test of Jienengrui Explosion-Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaners
Test Equipment: Pressure relief valve tester, electrical safety detector;
Test Content: Verify the function of the pressure relief valve, the safety of electrical connections, and the effectiveness of the anti-static system.
Test Results: When the motor negative pressure reaches the set peak value, the pressure relief valve automatically opens to protect the fan; the anti-static clamp, ground chain, and wheels form a complete electrostatic discharge path, with no electrostatic accumulation; the electrical connections comply with explosion-proof installation specifications, with no leakage or short-circuit risks.
